Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the service

TheProde is a white-label sports prediction (prode) platform. It lets companies and organizations create prediction tournaments for their teams, customers, or communities, and lets participants submit predictions, compete, and view rankings.

2. Accounts and registration

To participate you need an account, which you can create or link via Google sign-in. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your access confidential. The same person may have access to several tournaments or organizations with the same email.

3. Nature of the service: entertainment

TheProde is an entertainment and engagement service. It is not a betting or real-money gambling platform: no bets or cash prizes are offered or managed through the service. Any prize or incentive associated with a tournament is the sole responsibility of the organization running it.

4. Acceptable use

When using the service, you agree not to:

• Use it for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your information.
• Attempt to breach security, manipulate results, or access other users' data.
• Interfere with the service's operation or overload its infrastructure.
• Post offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

5. User content and predictions

You retain ownership of the content you generate (e.g., your username and predictions). You grant us a limited license to process and display that content within the service in order to run tournaments, compute scores, and show rankings.

6. Tournaments and organizations

Tournaments are created and managed by independent companies or organizations. Those organizations define their own rules, dates, prizes, and participation terms. We are not responsible for the decisions, rules, or prizes set by an organization, or for its relationship with participants.

7. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding user content and each organization's brands) are owned by Cenit Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted other than the right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on external providers (e.g., Google authentication, infrastructure, and analytics). Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, which we recommend reviewing.

9. Plans, payments, and billing

TheProde is primarily offered to companies and organizations under plans agreed with Cenit Solutions LLC. Commercial terms, pricing, and billing are governed by the relevant agreement with each organization. Participation by end users in a tournament is, unless the organization states otherwise, free of charge.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We strive to keep the service available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cenit Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold Cenit Solutions LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that may harm other users, organizations, or us. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, Estados Unidos, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer in your place of residence. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the current version on this page with its update date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept them.
